Pawel Wieloch — Founder, WMedia

The convergence of precision and creativity.

A London-based photographer, filmmaker and director. For fifteen years Pawel has worked between two worlds that rarely meet: high-stakes corporate communications for some of the biggest names in business — and the global music stage.

The dual spectrum

Most visual creatives specialise in one niche. Pawel works on a dual spectrum — bringing corporate discipline to the music industry, and festival energy back to corporate brands.

The result is a rare hybrid workflow: as comfortable in a suit-and-tie boardroom at nine in the morning as directing a multi-camera crew in front of fifty thousand people at midnight.

A digital-first aesthetic. A background in 3D artistry and graphic design informs a distinctive visual style — hyper-real composition, architectural framing and advanced post-production lighting and effects.

Narrative precision. From rhythmic editing that syncs every cut to the soundtrack, to full-scale documentaries, Pawel builds stories that connect people emotionally with a brand, a leader or a moment.

How Pawel works

Reliability. Discretion. Brand alignment.

i.

Reliability

Deadline-driven, delivering every asset on schedule — even under the tightest campaign timelines.

ii.

Discretion

Full respect for the people in front of the lens — their time, their privacy and their boundaries.

iii.

Brand alignment

Every frame shaped around your vision, your audience and the visual identity you have built.

iv.

Above & beyond

An unconventional, highly creative approach — and a commitment to exceeding the brief every time.

A short history

Fifteen years, in frames.

  1. Origins

    3D artistry & graphic design

The digital roots of a hyper-real, architectural style — and an obsession with light that still defines every frame.

  2. 2012

    The film that changed everything

An independent fan film from Ozora Festival in Hungary rivalled the official aftermovie in views. The organisers recruited Pawel to the official aftermovie and photography team — a role he still holds.

  3. 2018

    Boom Festival, Portugal

Joins the official team: seven days of shooting in a semi-desert, daily high-resolution galleries for global press, and the definitive five-hour full-set film for Ace Ventura.

  4. 2024

    Director, Summer Contrast

Concept, script, filming and edit of the official aftermovie and documentary for the Polish festival.

  5. Today

    WMedia

A trusted partner to production agencies and direct clients — from Breakthrough Energy and Capgemini to Radisson Hotel Group — delivering portraits, events, campaigns and film across the UK, US and Europe.

Off the record

The other stage.

A fact most corporate clients don’t know: Pawel is one of the most trusted visual archivists in electronic music — entrusted by industry legends to define their visual legacy.

Official photographer for Paul Oakenfold’s major UK shows, including The O2 and Ministry of Sound. Director and director of photography for five years of Astrix live-set films, now past 28 million views. A core member of Juno Reactor’s visual team, and album, single and identity work for John Askew.

Why it matters to you: festivals teach you to work fast in low light, anticipate the moment, endure harsh conditions — and deliver every single time.
